Las normativas legales del sistema educativo santafesino (1930-1973)

El presente artículo contempla el abordaje histórico de las normas y regulaciones del sistema educativo santafesino relativas al gobierno de la educación en el marco del proceso más amplio de construcción y desarrollo del sistema educativo nacional argentino. Desde un enfoque analítico planteado por el Institucionalismo Histórico, se toma como referencia el concepto de coyunturas críticas. El trabajo postula que las normativas que han regulado las instituciones socio-educativas de la provincia de Santa Fe (1930-1976) han sido atravesadas y condicionadas/ determinadas por sujetos sociales, agendas políticas y procesos históricos nacionales e internacionales que han configurado el campo de la Historia Político-Educativa de la mencionada provincia.
