Democracia sindical en la Delegación Rosario de la Asociación del Magisterio de Santa Fe (1992-2001)

Un sindicato es relativamente democrático si los trabajadores participan del sindicato y limitan el poder de la elite que dirige la organización. Dada esta definición: ¿por qué la Delegación Rosario de la Asociación del Magisterio de Santa Fe fue un sindicato democrático, en un contexto social y político que estimuló las tendencias burocráticas en las organizaciones sindicales? Debido a la articulación entre tres elementos: una dirigencia sindical confrontadora, sin mecanismos de control sobre la base gremial; la conflictividad gremial constante, que actualizó una tradición sindical democrática; y la existencia de comunidades ocupacionales en las escuelas, de las que emergieron activistas con independencia de la dirección sindical.Downloads
