Las reformas en la universidad y la resistencia al cambio

El presente trabajo busca promover la reflexión crítica sobre la asunción real de las reformas en la Universidad, a partir del tratamiento de la institución como escenario de las prácticas educativas. En ese contexto se analiza sucintamente el currículo como proceso y resultado de la cultura institucional; el lugar que ocupa la reglamentación en ella y la conceptualización de la resistencia al cambio, enmarcada en la línea de las representaciones sociales. A modo de síntesis se plantean algunos tópicos para la reflexión sobre las posibilidades de cambio, con el objeto de explorar el potencial para la acción (o para la inhibición).
