This book, published in 2019 within the framework of the Collection "Peronist Argentina: politics, unionism, culture", is written in explicit dialogue with two previous works by the author: The strategy of the working class, 1936, published in 2000 , and The other strategy. The revolutionary will (1930-1935), published in 2016, books produced within the framework of Iñigo Carrera's membership in the Research Program on the Argentine Society Movement (PIMSA). Strategies of the working class in the origins of Peronism concentrates his analysis on the period from 1943 to 1946, a stage in which he considers that “a profound change in the political power relations took place in Argentina, with the emergence of Peronism. " Emphasizing the importance of marking both ruptures and continuities, he intends to analyze the emergence of Peronism as a "moment in the history of the Argentine working class, a moment in the process of its constitution as a social class."
