Abstract

The present text is an attempt to describe the forms and contents of scout mobilisation in Argentina during the Concordancista period of government (1932-19443) through its main and institutionalized association: la Asociación Nacional del Scoutismo Argentino. We will analyse the political strategies of its National Board in Buenos Aires city as well as the impact of scout practices in the provinces and cities in the interior of the country.
