Abstract

Mothers and theirs children’s sanitary policies in Argentinean Twentieth century first half, have as background, at least, two debates: population´s growth, and “social issue” resolution. In order to guarantee both population’s quality & quantity reproduction, and to search and find an answer to social dissolution, it is requested the State involvement. In this sense, caring after women‘s health as procreators, and after their children’s health, is placed between its priorities so it can diagnose and propose strategies for public intervention policies. This paper objective is to analyze different linguistic turns involved in this discussion, so as to clarify the ideas, the actors and the institutions that do participate in the construction of sanitary mother-child health assistance policies framework during the first Peronist period.
