Abstract

This article proposes a panoramic approach to the recent literary production of Salta since the 2000s. From this moment on, symptomatic variations are noticed due to some concomitant factors designed by the emergence of cultural formations integrated by young narrators and poets, who from the cultural self-management and the edition of literature in alternative formats generate deep innovations. These changes decentred -in thematic and procedural matters- the places pre-established by literary traditions, especially those modelled around Salta's identity as a local construct, which hegemonized the ways of thinking about culture, at least since the 1930s.
